Pre-Incident Education
Pre-Incident Education is the foundation upon which rapid and effective recovery and growth are built.
Way too often we are playing catch-up or we are trying to fix something (or someone) that is already damaged or broken.
Pre-Incident Education is a proactive step towards preventing or minimising the affect/effect of incidents/experiences in life that have the potential to stop us loving and living life.
Pre-Incident Education is a must for everyone - individuals, families, school staff and students, work-groups, emergency services and communities.
This interactive presentation provides a simple yet solid understanding of what a critical incident might look like; how it can affect us as human beings (normalising our response);
and provides some important tools to add to our toolbox for handling past, current and future events.
For individuals, families, work-place and emergency service settings the session goes for between 75 and 90 minutes.
For Schools it can be presented as a framework within a 50minute period. A double period allows for more interaction and exploration.
